Project Challenges: The primary challenge was to design a system that could maintain consistent temperatures across various zones within the practice, while also meeting strict ventilation requirements necessary for a medical environment. This required careful planning and precise installation to ensure that the system would function effectively without disrupting the facility’s operations.
Solutions Provided: Phoenix ACR installed 14 Daikin VRV wall-mounted units and one Daikin split wall-mounted unit, strategically placed to maximize efficiency and maintain the facility’s aesthetics. The central reception area featured a ceiling cassette, providing discreet and effective climate control. Two Daikin Air Handling Units (AHUs) were also installed to handle the full ventilation needs of the practice, ensuring that the air quality remained high throughout the facility.

The centralized controller provided an easy-to-use interface for managing the HVAC system, allowing the practice staff to adjust settings as needed to maintain optimal conditions.
