The F-Gas regulations make sure that your Air Conditioning and Refrigeration system is safe, and not producing too much F-Gas from leaks. During an inspection or servicing your systems F-Gas levels will be checked, and if there are any issues an expert from our team will be able to quickly resolve the issue. A heat pump is part of a heating and cooling system and is installed outside your property. Like an air conditioner, it can cool your property, but it’s also capable of providing heat. In cooler months, a heat pump pulls heat from the cold outdoor air and transfers it indoors and in warmer months, it pulls heat out of indoor air to cool your home. They are powered by electricity and transfer heat using refrigerant to provide comfort all year round.

After a period of time, tough dirt and grime would accumulate beyond what a normal service would cover, causing a lack of air flow and efficiency. Therefore a deep clean is recommended where we strip the entire unit down and clean individual parts with chemicals to restore them back to almost brand new.

Air Conditioning can be a great way to protect the health of your household or employees. As well as heating and cooling, air conditioning filters your air, removing humidity, mould spores and dust that can cause respiratory problems. Its cooling facility can also help to reduce cases of dehydration and heat stroke.

Make sure you maintain and repair any faults as quickly as possible to keep your air conditioning working safely and effectively.

How often you should get your Air Conditioning cleaned or serviced depends on the type of system you have, how big it is and the type of building it’s in.

If you use your Air Conditioning just for cooling then we recommend a service just once a year, however if you use your Air Conditioning all year round for heating and cooling then we recommend twice a year. An annual service is required by manufacturers to keep your warranty in tact.

For Refrigeration systems we recommend an annual service.
