Great experience with Phoenix. Had three indoor units fitted in my property. They are very professional, discussed all available options with regards to units airpumps and outdoor units and helped me choose the best for my needs. Very professional and tidy. Was always on time on the job. Higly recommended and I am sure we will be in touch in the future to get more units sorted downstairs.

Work was done to a great standard on both days. When asked questions about what was going to happen and what was happening they were straight to the point and very informative. Cleaned as they went and polite all the time they were here working. Tested the equipment in front of me to show me how to use it.

They offered to move stuff that was in the way with no hassle, very organised firm, cleaned and collected all their packaging. Work was professional, we are now enjoying our new AC.
