We asked for quotes from a number of companies, but it was Nathan at Phoenix who was the most responsive, communicative, friendly and helpful. Not only did he provide us with a variety of air con style/model options but he was patient with my questions. Whereas other companies took forever to respond with quotes, Nathan was always prompt (without seeming desperate for work!). Despite their busy schedule, Phoenix managed to fit us in within a decent timeframe, and when they arrived to fit the unit they were quick, polite and so helpful with set up! We’ve already recommended them to a friend because they’re so good. Highly recommend!

Excellent standard of work. Polite respectful and courteous guys and were a pleasure to communicate with. They ensured that a good and neat job was done and left area clean and tidy afterwards. They ensured we understood how to operate the system and set up ready to use. Cost of the works was very reasonable and very pleased with the system on their recommendation. After using Phoenix ACR to do an excellent service to our Home AC system I had Nathan back following a quote for some additional work to install uPVC trunking over existing external pipework. He did a great job and the finish to the work is 1st class. His prices are definitely competitive, works to a high standard and very knowledgeable. Cleaned up on completion outside. I would highly recommend Phoenix to anybody.

We decided to have air conditioning installed in our house last year and chose Nathan and his assistant to carry out the work. We honestly couldn’t have chosen a better company. Fantastic service, from the initial consolation with Nathan through to the installation with George, I was given a recommendation for another company by a friend in the industry but let’s just say they were twice the price and the unit they offered was not the same quality as the one Nathan and his team provided.
